The deposit reserves your time slot and coordination. Standard deposits: 95 GEL / €35 per flight slot, 60 GEL / €20 per car for any transfer, 300 GEL / €100 per one-day tour, 450 GEL / €150 per two-day tour (VIP Caucasus Adventure and Mtskheta & Tbilisi — 150 GEL / €50). The deposit is part of the booking and coordination service and counts toward the total price.
The deposit becomes non-refundable from the moment we confirm the booking and fix the date of the activity.
The remaining balance is paid separately — on the day of the activity or as agreed in advance. All transaction fees (payment system, bank, transfer) are covered by the client.
A tandem flight is fully weather-dependent. If your flight cannot happen safely due to weather, wind, visibility or an on-site safety call:
Important: the go/no-go call is made by the senior instructor. It is final and it is made on safety grounds only — not on the schedule and not on demand.
You get the weather call the evening before, by 20:00, with a confirmation on the morning of the flight if conditions change. Not showing up because the forecast looked bad counts as a no-show (see section 4).
The deposit is non-refundable in these cases:
Maximum passenger weight is 125 kg. Weigh-in happens on site before the flight.
Duration, route and timing depend on actual conditions. Duration changes are not grounds for a refund if the flight was performed safely.
You need to be there 30 minutes before the booked activity starts. Being late can cost you your slot due to the limited weather window and the pilot's schedule. The deposit is retained.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. Paying for a gift certificate by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay adds 18% VAT; international bank transfer and Bank of Georgia transfer — no surcharge. Full sale and usage terms are in the Gift Certificates section of the Terms & Conditions.
For cancellations caused by natural events, official restrictions, road closures or other force majeure beyond our control — we offer a reschedule. If rescheduling is impossible, the deposit is refunded minus transaction fees.
Confirmed refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Bank fees, currency conversion differences and payment-platform fees may be non-refundable where they reflect costs already incurred.
