Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By making a payment, sending a deposit or using this website you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the rules below.

Welcome to GeorgiaParagliding.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, sending a request, paying a deposit or the full price, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the rules of booking, cancellation, rescheduling and participation in paragliding activities, tours and transfers.

Who We Are

Georgia Paragliding is a website specializing in the booking and coordination of paragliding flights, flying adventures, tours and transfers in Georgia. The Site operates within the same operational logic, safety standards and booking rules as SkyAtlantida.

The operational side of the service is run by Sole Entrepreneur Serhii Mykhailiuta (Georgia), Registration No. 329338355.

Important clarification: Georgia Paragliding provides booking and coordination services. We connect clients with independent professional pilots. All flights are performed by licensed third-party pilots. By making a payment you confirm that you are purchasing a booking and coordination service, not a flight-execution service performed directly by us.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this Site, messaging us, submitting a request, booking or making a payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the Site and do not book.

We reserve the right to update, amend or change these terms without prior individual notice. The current version is always published on this page.

Booking and Confirmation

Booking process. Paragliding bookings are made via the Site, messengers, social media or by direct arrangement with our team. A slot is considered provisionally available only until it is confirmed by a deposit payment.

Deposit.

the deposit is required to reserve a specific time, weather window, pilot and organizational resources;
the deposit is part of the total booking price;
the balance is paid on site before the flight unless agreed otherwise;
the deposit is an organizational payment for reserving time and coordination.

After we receive the deposit or full payment you receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp, Telegram, email or another agreed channel.

Payment Methods

We accept payment only through agreed, secure methods. Available options may vary depending on your country, currency and timing:

international money transfer;
bank transfer by IBAN;
bank card payment;
secure payment link;
cash payment of the balance on site.

All bank, payment-system and transfer fees are covered by the client unless explicitly agreed otherwise. We are not obliged to confirm a booking until the deposit or agreed amount is actually received.

Weather and Flight Performance

Paragliding depends on the weather. Launch, duration, route and overall performance are affected by wind, wind direction, gusts, visibility, cloud cover, thermal activity, precipitation and other factors.

delays are normal practice;
same-day time shifts are normal practice;
on-site route changes are normal practice;
the final decision to fly or cancel is made by the pilot.

If conditions are deemed unsafe, the flight may be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled. The senior instructor decides whether a flight can take place: the decision is final and made purely on safety grounds.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, as it covers organizational costs, time reservation, pilot allocation and coordination of your request.

When a refund is possible: only if the flight was cancelled on our side due to unsafe weather and a reschedule could not be arranged.

No refund is issued for:

client cancellation;
client change of plans;
no-show at the meeting point;
significant late arrival;
refusing the flight on site despite safe conditions;
providing incorrect information that affects flight feasibility.

If the client is late, we cannot guarantee the original slot. The flight can be moved only if technically possible within the weather window and pilot availability. See also the Refund Policy.

Flight Performance Conditions

the exact route is determined on site;
exact duration depends on conditions and the actual flight window;
the specific pilot is assigned based on availability and the day's conditions;
launch, landing, logistics and preparation may change for operational reasons.

Photo, video, GoPro, drone, Insta360 and other add-ons are provided depending on the package, conditions of the day, equipment availability and the actual possibility of using the equipment safely. If an add-on cannot be delivered for technical, weather or operational reasons, we will offer a reasonable solution for the specific situation.

Weight Limits

For safety and correct pilot selection the client must state an approximate weight in advance. Incorrect weight information can affect flight feasibility and booking terms.

80–100 kg — surcharge;
100–110 kg — higher surcharge;
110 kg+ — only by individual arrangement and prior confirmation;
maximum passenger weight — 125 kg.

Safety and Client Responsibilities

Briefing. Every client receives a mandatory pre-flight briefing and agrees to listen carefully and follow the pilot's instructions at every stage: preparation, run-up, launch, flight and landing.

Client condition. The client confirms they are not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances and has no conditions that could make participation unsafe. In case of doubt the senior instructor may refuse the flight without a refund of the organizational deposit.

Personal responsibility. The client participates voluntarily and acknowledges the objective risks associated with paragliding, mountain terrain, weather changes and aerial activity.

Limitation of Liability

Georgia Paragliding acts as a booking and coordination service. We are not the direct operator of flights. Flights are performed by licensed independent third-party pilots.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, route changes, weather cancellations, actions of independent pilots, infrastructure limitations, technical factors, cable-car restrictions, road conditions, launch-access limitations or other circumstances beyond our direct control.

We are also not responsible for personal belongings left unattended unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

Use of the Site

All materials on the Site — texts, photos, videos, graphics, page structure and branding elements — are protected by applicable law. Copying, reworking, distribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

using the Site for unlawful purposes is prohibited;
attempting to disrupt the Site or its infrastructure is prohibited;
publishing false or misleading information on behalf of the service is prohibited.

Personal Data and Communication

To process a booking we may request your name, contact number, messenger, approximate weight, preferred date and time, number of participants and other details needed to coordinate the service.

By providing this data you agree to its use for processing your request, booking, organizational communication, service confirmation and after-sales support. See the Privacy Policy.

Gift Certificates — Terms of Sale and Use

A gift certificate is issued only upon full payment: the manager sends an invoice via WhatsApp; after payment the certificate is delivered by email. Paying for a gift certificate by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay adds 18% VAT; international bank transfer and Bank of Georgia transfer — no surcharge.

The certificate is valid for 1 year from the purchase date; the expiry date is printed on the certificate. An expired certificate can be extended for 1 more year at 50% of its value.
The certificate is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
The first booking with a certificate is free. Each subsequent rebooking — 150 GEL / €50.
The date is fixed at the moment of booking. Until the certificate is used, no date or time is attached to it — the certificate entitles you to an activity within its validity period, not to a particular day. From the moment a booking is confirmed against the certificate and the date is fixed, the ordinary booking rules apply: the slot is held for you and the certificate counts as used for that date. Any change after that follows the rebooking rules above.
The certificate is not tied to a city. We choose the flying location by the weather when you contact us to use the certificate — all you need is to be in Georgia.
You need to be there 30 minutes before the activity starts. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cancel the confirmed slot — a paid rebooking will be required.
If the flight cannot happen due to unsafe weather (decision of the senior instructor) — rescheduling is free. If the reschedule does not suit either side, we refund the deposit less the bank transfer fee and any services already rendered; the refund is issued by the same method you used to pay and takes 5–10 business days.
Refunds for certificates are not provided.
If the chosen activity costs more than the certificate value — the difference is paid in cash at Café Bar PILOT. If it costs less — the balance can be used for video/photo, transfers and other services; the balance is not paid out in cash.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site, bookings, payments or participation in activities is subject to resolution under the applicable laws of Georgia.
